No. Many clients provide a door code, concierge note, lockbox, or other access instruction and go about their day. We send appointment updates and keep your access details private inside your booking record.

If an area included in your booked service does not meet expectations, call or text within 24 hours of the visit and we will make it right with a return touch-up where appropriate.

Price is based on bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate square footage, and any extras you add (inside fridge, laundry, windows, etc.). You see the exact price live as you book — no estimates, no surprises.

Yes. We bring the core supplies and equipment needed for your visit. If your home has specialty surfaces, preferred products, or product sensitivities, add that note during booking.

Cancellations more than 24 hours before the visit are free. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged a $35 short-notice fee because team time has already been reserved. Reschedules are usually free when availability allows.
